AUGUST 2001

1 AUG 2001 :  Still here in UK processing the last adoptionz from consignment seven. It has been relatively quiet now most of the little guyz have found homes. It has been good fun too reading the app's and hearing about your new petz. Lots of folk have told us how glad they are now that Lilliput Miniaturez is back in operation. That's nice....

2 AUG 2001 : Hopefully Lilliputz will remain open indefinitely, but who knows... However, if any temporary closures are likely, we will keep you informed, and hopefully won't be so long returning as we were this year.

3 AUG 2001 :  But for now... we press on with our daring missions to bring you lots more Lilliput Miniatuez. I wonder just what we will discover on this next trip. Lets hope we get news of other petz who are in danger out there in the land of Lilliput.

4 AUG 2001 :  Sandy on Holiday until late August........

20 AUG 2001 :  I flew directly to Lilliput after this years summer vacation. Couldn't wait to see what Bertie has discovered there.

21 AUG 2001 :  Seems that things have been relatively quiet in the islands - but Bertie has been rounding up several stray Lilli's who could well have been in danger. Mostly puppiez again.

22 AUG 2001 :  We have decided that we will concentrate on the puppiez for a while because of what we found out in July... those danged petz stealers and eaters have developed a liking for puppy pies.

23 AUG 2001 :  Today brought  good news... a BMD colony we have been looking for this past two years has reappeared around the streets of Lilliput, and we are determined to try to rescue some of them before they become extinct.

24 AUG 2001 :  Last night we patrolled all through the night searching for the BMD's - we are in luck - We found a few of them near the port area, and they look so cute. Some looked just like the full size BMD's, and others were mixies.... we are hoping that we can bring some back to U.K for adoption this month.

25 AUG 2001 :  Well, we have decided to bring this months consignment home today because it is getting near to the end of August, and the holidays have slowed us down a bit. Not quite as many miniature petz will be up for adoption this month... but some surprises!

26 AUG 2001 :  Ok... here we come guys. Should be back in time to release consignment 8 tonight!

27 AUG 2001 :  Holy nicker-bocker-glories... half the consignment went today already... faster than kiss a duck! Some nice applications and some nice petz have found new homes.

28 AUG 2001 :  Going... going...  like greased lightning.

29 AUG 2001 :  Ok most of the petz have found new homes now... well done to all you guyz who adopted.

30 AUG 2001 :  We will keep the consignment open until tomorrow... 1 more to go.

31 AUG 2001 :  The last Lilliput form Consignment 8 left us today... Yahay!
