To help you with yours, I have attached a scan from a transcript made by Jane McIlwraith Muir - my great-grandmother. She copied the information from the McIlwraith family bible started by Jane Gregg (her own great-grandmother).
It provides Jane and David's Banns and marriage dates as well as the birth and baptism for all their children. The document not only helps with your records for P231 and F70, but because of the way scots named their children, it also helps confirm parental names. Regards, Rob Luke

M.I Gravestone at Barr Churchyard.[ADG1996]: Errected by Jane Gregg in memory of David McIlwraith her husband who died 12th February 1834 aged 46 and of George McIlwraith her son who died 20th November 1834 aged 21 years. Also John McIlwraith who drowned off New York America 12 August 1845 aged 37 years. Also Jane Gregg who died 27th July 1848 aged 68 years. Also Francis McIlwraith who died 7th January 1849 aged 30.
